    Anyone doing business with HR functions or who have influence on Talent Management, learning and development decisions in organizations can be a successful NEXT partner.     To officially join as a partner you have to sign a partnership agreement on approval.

    Yes, there is an annual partnering fee that needs to be paid by the partner while signing the partnership agreement.

    There are a number of benefits that partnership provides

    1. You get on-boarded on the platform
    2. You are onboarded onto the NEXT CRM platform for better management of leads and track conversions.
    3. You get support in sales and marketing collaterals (both physical and online)
    4. You have a dedicated account on the platform, from which you can independently create trial logins for the customers
    5. Leads from your region that come to NEXT directly will be passed on you for conversion (decision of passing leads is at NEXT’s sole discretion)

    Invoices & Commissions

    Partner commission is at par with industry norms, we also offer bonus commission post a volume of business. We can discuss the details when we engage.

    Partner commission is paid out within 30-45 days after we receive your invoice.

    Please feel free to raise your queries when we engage with you and you will have a dedicated SPOC to connect to for any questions after you become an authorized partner.

    Payments will be processed online to the account specified in the agreement. Post the processing you will be intimated on mail.

    Access to the platform and the products are all pre-paid and consumables. There is no refund for the subscription paid. Cancellation is possible during renewal and a 3 month notice.

    Customers can upgrade or downgrade their plan once a year, during renewal.

    Lead Registration

    It is mandatory to register your leads on the platform and manage leads on the CRM. This helps us to track progress and performance. This also helps us settle disputes and mutual competition if they ever arise.

    You will be able to register a lead on our CRM platform. It’s an easy-to-use system and we will help you if needed.


    The collaterals that could be used for enabling sales will be shared with you at the time of onboarding.

    Ideally no, the whole plan and pricing have been created in a way that delivers tremendous value to organizations. However, if there are some specific cases, please get written approval from NEXT SPOC.
